Second Floor: Lounge and Bar

The second-floor lounge is available to rent out for private gatherings.

The cozy space includes comfortable seating and a fully stocked bar. The lounge bar encompasses a collection of high-end liquors including whiskeys, scotches, and bourbon. The maximum capacity is 110 people for the lounge.

Please email us at office@brixplace.com with information regarding group size, desired date, and menu options, and we can quote the event for you and schedule a viewing of the space. At that time, we will discuss details such as music, room layout, special requests, etc. Please Note: outside food is not allowed. The only exception would be a cake/dessert that is provided by and delivered directly to BRIX by a licensed bakery. This is per health regulations and must be strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding. 

Your $500 reservation fee includes the following:

  • $250 room fee: This cost covers reserving the space, cleaning, setting up, and the cost of staffing the event.

  • $250 deposit: As long as no damages or extensive cleaning is required after your event (above and beyond everyday use), this $250 deposit will be applied to your food and drink bill.
