Burgers
Locally sourced from Wetenkamp Farms in Newton, WI. BRIX has collaborated with them to offer a deliciously lean third pound burger pressed daily in-house. Each of our sandwiches are served with our hand-cut french fries, or you can sub for our crispy brussel sprouts, Brix Mac n Cheese, homemade soup, house pasta salad or a side salad for $2. Substitute a seasoned turkey burger, marinated Portobello Mushroom, or a chicken breast (crispy or grilled) $2. Our burgers are served on a soft brioche bun unless stated otherwise, we also offer a gluten free bun for $2. Colors are easy so instead of ordering in temperatures we request you order your burger cooked Pink or No Pink.
